Example: A business leader who had been very successful in founding and running her own ventures, wanted an external perspective on how she was developing her businesses, people, and her own competencies.

As is with all of my coaching, I went about seeking to understand who she was as a person, and what her intrinsic drivers were. Once I knew ‘her’ (the successful business person, entrepreneur, and mother/wife) I was able to then understand her businesses and working style – how she was successful, and how she could be more efficient and effective in certain areas.

A lot of the aspects that were holding her back, came from a deep-rooted belief that she was not good enough. We spent several sessions discussing the journey she had taken, and how a successful person could not feel worthy of success. An all-too-common perception with some small business owners.

Once we were able to fully acknowledge the issue, growth occurred.

The result: After this business leader was able to overcome her personal biases, business revenues grew by more than 30%. As well as the increasing income, staff were more satisfied and client feedback improved greatly.
